All three coaches teach the caveman the same way: hold the board in your front hand, jump, get both feet onto the board, and land on the bolts with your knees bent and enough forward momentum to roll away. They also all recommend removing the risk first by practicing where the board cannot roll, either on grass or standing still. The difference is how finely they break it down.
